中欧足球职业联赛治理结构差异及对我国足球发展的启示

采用文献资料、逻辑思维、对比分析等方法分析欧洲足球职业联赛治理体系,发现欧洲足球职业联赛普遍采用法人治理结构模式,具有规范的管理体制,清晰的产权关系、完善的法律制度、多元化处罚制度等特征,有效地遏制了假球、赌球、黑哨等足球违法行为。结果表明:只有完善我国足球职业联赛的管理体制,规范俱乐部内部治理机制,创造良好的足球联赛外部治理环境等措施,中国足球才能健康、有序而富有活力的科学发展,这是中国体育足球职业联赛制度创新的必经之路。

Corporate Governance Structure Difference between European and China Football Professional League and Inspiration on the Development of the Chinese Football
