摘    要:目的观察不同浓度的左旋咪唑、甲苯咪唑及丙硫咪唑对短小绦虫卵的破坏作用.方法从虫体孕节中涮出虫卵,放入不同浓度的药液中,按时观察形态变化.结果左旋咪唑对虫卵破坏作用大于甲苯咪唑及丙硫咪唑.结论三种药物对虫卵都有破坏性.

Abstract:Objective: To observe the destroying effect of levamisole, albendazole and mebendazole on Hymenolepis nana eggs in vitro. Methods: Hymenolepis nana eggs were washed out from gravid proglottids first andsoaked in different concentration of Morphological observation of theseeggs was conducted at different time piont. Results: The destroyingeffect of levamisole on Hymenolepis nana eggs was better than that of albendazole or mebendazole. Conclusion: All these three medicines areeffective for destroying hymenolepis nana eggs in vitro. It seems thatlevamisole should be the first choice for controlling hyrnenolepis nanainfection among these medicines.
