| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计法等方法,对河西学院2004—2005届体育教育专业毕业生的就业状况进行调查;并就毕业生就业过程中存在的问题进行分析与讨论,在此基础上提出了毕业生就业工作改革的一些对策与建议.

| Abstract: | The employment situation of graduates in the year 2004 and 2005 from P.E.major of Hexi University is investigated by means of documents,questionnaire and statistics,etc.The paper analyzes the existing problems of the graduates in their job-hunting process,and correspondingly some measures and suggestions are also put forth for the reform of graduates' employment. |
