基于可视化的三阶段技术跟踪模型及实证研究

 技术跟踪是对传统技术管理方法的有益补充，通过技术跟踪，可以了解某一技术领域的现状和发展态势，为技术管理提供决策信息支持。基于此，文章从企业竞争策略的角度，从内部基础、中间交流合作，以及外部依赖三个层面，构建了一个“优势——合作——依赖”的三阶段技术跟踪模型。同时，以现代信息技术为手段，开发实践层面的技术跟踪工具，并以公路工程领域为例，从技术优势、技术合作和技术依赖三个维度进行技术跟踪模型的可视化实验，以此判别技术领域的深层次组群结构，以期为相关技术策略的制定做一些基于工程技术分析的支撑性工作。
