论新教育实验的教师专业发展

摘    要:对新教育实验进行了理论分析和实践探索,指出教师专业发展是通过"三专"模式来实现的,即专业阅读——站在大师的肩膀上前行,专业写作——站在自己的肩膀上攀升,专业发展共同体——站在集体的肩膀上飞翔。

Abstract:This paper analyzes and explores the new educational experiment,pointing out that teachers' professional development is realized through "Three Professional" mode: professional reading——advancing on the shoulders of masters,professional writing——climbing on one's own shoulders,and professional development community——flying on the shoulders of collective.
