成人高等教育健康发展的四点对策

成人高等教育经过20多年的发展之后正日益突显出高等教育资源与教育需要之间的冲突、办学公益性与办学主体资本寻利的冲突、课程设置理论性与实践性的冲突、文凭高利用价值与其“含金量”不足的冲突。构建未来成人高等教育发展模式应做好四个方面的工作,即:整合成人高等教育资源,细化各级各类成人教育机构的职能;遵循成人教育市场规律,以经济建设需求为导向发展成人高等教育;发挥地方政府和行业的办学积极性,在公益性与资本寻利性之间找到平衡点;提高成人高等教育过程管理科学化水平,重塑成人高等教育的社会公信度。

Four Strategies for the Healthy Development of Adult Education

Some conflicts appear in the adult education,such as the conflict between the educational resources and the demand for education.The article makes an analysis of these conflicts and puts forward four strategies to solve these conflicts: integrating resources,respecting the law of markets,bringing into play the function of the local government in adult education,and improving the management of adult education.
