论高等职业院校体育教育中的人文精神

体育教育是科学的更是人文的,主要是为生命教育服务.但是,由于高等职业院校的体育教育倚重竞技体育,过于程式化,与学生的生活世界脱离,逐渐偏离了体育的主要育人目标.因此,应从教育观念、体育精神、评价体系的建立入手,实行高等职业院校体育教育"育体"与"育心"的统一,而强化体育教师本身的人文素质是解决问题的基础.

Humanistic Spirit in Physical Education of Higher Education Professional Colleges

Physical education is both science and humanity,which serves for life education.However,physical education in professional physical education in higher education is heavily relied on contest physical education,too much stylization,separating from students' real life,which strays away from the main educational goal.Therefore,we must start from education concept,physical education spirit,evaluation system and unify the 'education body' and education mind' in higher education professional physical education.The key point for the problem is to strengthen physical educational teachers' humanistic quality.
