摘    要:为解决多工位级进模中变薄拉深和整形工序存在包紧力大、脱模困难的问题,研究设计了浮动式凹模的新型模具结构。分析了铜壳拉深件冲压成形的工艺特性,阐述了铜壳多工位级进模的总体结构设计及工作原理。投产检验证明:该模具结构可实现顺利脱模,保证产品表面质量和尺寸精度。

Abstract:A new type of floating cavity plate was designed to reduce the large ejecting force and to overcome the difficulty of part ejecting at the ironing forming and the restriking of multi-position progressive die.The stamping process for copper shell was analyzed based on material H62.The general structural design and working principle of the progressive die were described.The results indicate that the new mould can be easily ejected with desired processing quality and precision.
