摘    要:血红素加氧酶(heme oxygenase HE)是血红素降解过程中的限速酶,可催化血红素分解产生一氧化碳(CO),运动和缺氧会引起HO-CO系统的变化。本文就缺氧及不同负荷运动对大鼠肺动脉平滑肌细胞HO-CO系统的影响作以综述,为科学的运动训练及防止缺氧性肺动脉高压的发生提供一定的理论依据。

Abstract:Heme oxygenase(HO)is the rate-limiting enzyme in the heme degradative pathway that catalyzes the oxidation of heme into carbon monoxide exercise and oxygen deficit can make some changes on HO-CO syetem.This article is make a survey about anoxia and different load on the pulmonary artery smooth muscle cells of rats and can offer certain theory basis for scientific waning and prevent hypoxic pulmonary vascular.
