| 摘 要： | 高职教师兼职创业问题，一直是高职领导在管理过程中觉得十分棘手的事情。现在教育部已经明确．鼓励教师兼职创业。这并不等于高职院校可以完全放开对教师的约束，相反，更应加强对兼职创业教师的引导和管理。

| Abstract: | It is a difficulty for leaders of vocational college to manage the matters of teschers' part-time jobs.Nowadays,the Ministry of Education encourages demonstrably the teachers to start a part-time undertaking.However,this doesn't mean that the teachers are free to do so in vocational colleges;on the contrary,the leading and management of teachers who start a part-time undertaking should be strengthened. |
