学校武术教学与传统文化教育

通过武术的“抱拳礼”、武术拳种命名和拳理、武术套路结构、武术攻防技击特点及持械方式等方面内涵的传统文化意义的深刻分析 ,对在武术教学中如何传授教学本身所拥有的文化教育 ,使学生潜移默化地接受中国优秀文化的有益熏淘 ,以此来培养民主自豪感和爱国主义精神作了较系统论述。

Teaching of Wu Shu in the School And Traditional Culture and Education

Through the Profound analysis in the essence of traditronal culture to the courtesy of fist in Wu Shu, the named style of the kinds of boxing, the fundamental principle about boxing, the structure about a series of skills and tricks in Wu Shu, the character about the art of attack and defence in Wu Shu, and the way to hold arms, and so on, and through the discussion about how to impart the cultural education in the teaching of Wu Shu, we can have our students accept Chinese excellent traditronal culture, and develop their proud sense of nationality and the spirits of patriotism. In my essay, I have made comprehensive and systematic discussion over above two aspects.
