| 摘 要： | 文章运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析法,研究散打运动员重心的掌控与拳腿技术动作运用之间的关联关系,主要对散打运动员训练和比赛中,在拳法、腿法技术动作运用过程中重心最合理移动范围的掌控进行讨论分析,认为:保持身体平衡和有意识冲破平衡都是以高质量地完成技术动作和完成有效的战术为目的。

| Abstract: | The paper explores the relationship between barycenter control ability and application of fist and kicking in sanda players through documentary, expert questionnaire and logical analysis, and discusses the control on reasonable barycenter moving range of fist and kicking in training and competition, then draws a conclusion that either maintaining balance or breaking through balance on purpose is aim to accomplishing techincial actions or executing tactics effectively. |
