新时代高职劳动教育的困境与突破路径

劳动既是劳动者个人赖以生存和身心发展的基础,也是人类社会发展的根本推动力。在高职院校中开展劳动教育,不仅是我国新时代社会经济发展的紧迫需求,也是高职教育立德树人、培养“全面发展的人”的必然要求。在明确高职院校开展劳动教育的必要性的基础上,分析高职院校劳动教育存在的不足及主要原因,提出了高职院校开展劳动教育的策略和途径,并以具体课程教学改革为例,展现了基于劳动教育的课程改革思路和实施过程。

The Dilemma and Break-through Route of Higher Vocational Labor Education in the New Era

Labor is not only the basis for laborers'personal survival and physical and mental development,but also the fundamental driving force for the development of human society.Carrying out labor education in higher vocational colleges is not only the urgent demand of China's social and economic development in the new era,but also the inevitable requirement for higher vocational education to establish morality,cultivate people and cultivate"people with all-round development".On the basis of clarifying the necessity of carrying out labor education in higher vocational colleges,this paper analyzes the shortcomings and main reasons of labor education in higher vocational colleges,puts forward the strategies and ways of carrying out labor education in higher vocational colleges,and takes the specific curriculum teaching reform as an example to show the ideas and implementation process of curriculum reform based on labor education.
