| 摘 要： | 大学的基本使命是培养全面发展的人。然而，目前我国大学人才培养中人文教育缺失，大学生人文素质令人担忧。人文教育有助于大学生人文素质的提高，人文教育在大学人才培养中的作用主要表现为：增长知识，促进智力发展；健全人格，促进非智力因素发展。
