基于生物材料谐振现象的振动训练法

摘    要:肌肉等组织作为生物粘弹性体,在谐振状态下存在着某一固有的本征频率,这在关于肌声的实验研究中已经得到证实。利用这一特性,设计专用振动刺激练习器,对肢体主要的跨关节肌及其他软组织施以周期性振动刺激,使达到谐振状态,从而提高肢体运动幅度,使关节活动性或肢体柔韧性得以改善。

Abstract:The experiments of myocris mus showed that there exists an intrinsic frequency in resonance states of viscoelastic muscles and other tissues. Using this characteristic,vibrator-sti mulator was designed that exerts periodical vibrational stimulation to related muscles to make them reach resonance After training with this stimulator, the locomotive amplitude can be increased and the litheness of limbs improved.
