改革开放以来重庆职业教育的发展历程、经验与展望

职业教育是现代教育的重要组成部分。改革开放以来,重庆市职业教育改革发展经历了恢复重建、初步发展、深化改革、创新发展4个发展阶段。全面回顾和梳理改革开放以来重庆职业教育的改革和发展,可以总结以下历史经验:坚持构建符合经济转型升级的现代职业教育体系;坚定不移地走符合当地发展的现代特色职业教育之路;坚持职业教育的创新,增强可持续发展力;坚持改革职教体制机制,形成政府主导的良好格局;坚持依法治教,重视职业教育法律和制度建设。展望未来,重庆市职业教育改革与发展应转变传统观念,加大宣传力度;明确政府定位,加强统筹规划;深度促进产教融合,实现校企双元育人;优化职教教师结构,着力打造“双师型”教师队伍;加强品牌建设,彰显自身特色。

Development History,Experience and Prospect of Chongqing Vocational Education since Reform and Opening-up

Vocational education is an important part of modern education.Since the reform and opening-up,the vocational education reform and development in Chongqing has gone through four phases:restoration and reconstruction,preliminary development,deepening reform,and innovative development.Through comprehensively reviewing and sorting out the reform and development of Chongqing vocational education since the reform and opening-up,the following historical experience can be summarized as:insisting on construction of a modern vocational education system that is in line with economic transformation and upgrading;insisting on following the path of vocational education with modern characteristics and being in line with local development;insisting on the innovation of vocational education and enhancing the sustainable development;insisting on the reforming of vocational education system and mechanism and forming a good government-led pattern;and insisting on administering education by law and attaching importance to construction of law and system of vocational education.In the future,to reform and develop Chongqing vocational education,it is necessary to change traditional concepts and increase publicity;make clear the position of the government and strengthen the overall planning;deeply promote the integration of industry and education as well as realize the dual education of school and enterprise;optimize the structure of vocational education teachers and strive to build a“dual-qualification”teachers;as well as strengthen the brand construction and highlight the characteristics of vocational education.
