大学生道德教育与法制教育整合的方法论思考

摘    要:长期以来,道德教育与法制教育互相剥离的状态,直接影响到高校思想政治教育的实效性.实现道德教育与法制教育的整合,就方法论层面而言,必须坚持以实现大学生的全面发展为道德教育与法制教育整合的切入点,以实现道德教育与法制教育各自的互动为主要方式,以实现道德精神与法律意识向现实真、善、美的转换为指归,使道德教育与法制教育在促进大学生的社会化和保障大学生全面健康的成长中的内外价值得到应有的升华.

Abstract:For a long time, the dissociation of moral education and legal education has had a direct effect on the universi-ties' ideological and political education. To realize the integration of moral education and legal education, as far as the methodology is concerned, we must insist that the entry point is to realize the students' all - round development, the ma-in way is to realize the interaction of moral education and legal education, and the reference is to realize moral education and legal education's converting into the true, the good and the beautiful in reality. Thus, the internal and external val-ue of moral education and legal education can be sublimated by promoting the students' socialization and guaranteeing the students' comprehensive health growth.
