The Way to Deal with the Protection Of International Industrial Property Rights Of Patent Technology——the International Patent Application

Under the new competitive circumstance of China's entering into WTO, how could the economic body with technology innovation broaden its living space and race to control a commanding point in the technology competition? In this paper, the author mainly explicate this from the angle of the international ——patent application one of the tacties for the protection of international industrial property rights of China's industrial patent technology. The whole paper cotains three aspects: legal sense of the international patent application; law applicability, the procedure of the specific operation.
