| 摘 要： | 国家理论是诺思制度理论的一个重要组成部分。诺思的国家理论主要包括国家的起源、国家的功能以及国家对所有权制度变迁的影响三个方面。同其他新制度经济学家相比,诺思的国家理论最为完善。诺思把国家看作一种经济组织,并运用经济学理论进行深入分析,为国家理论的研究提供了一个新视角。从唯物史观的角度解读,我们看到诺思的国家理论有其科学合理性,又和现实国家不甚相符。

| Abstract: | Nation theory is an important segment of North's institution theory. North's nation theory include three aspects: national origin, national function, national influence for ownership change. Compared with other new institution ec onomists, North has the most perfect nation theory. North regarded nation as an economic organization. He researchs the nation with economic theory, so he provi des a new angle of view for studying of nation theory. There was science rationa lity and irrational things in North's nation theory, if we analyze it from an an gle of historical materialism. |
