论技术跨越的组织模式

摘    要:首先研究了技术跨越组织模式的机理,基于资源观理论,技术跨越组织需要解决资源的五大效应问题。进一步地,按照资源-目标维度,提出了集中收敛型、集中发散型、分散收敛型和分散发散型等四种基本模式,研究了不同技术跨越类型与组织模式的匹配问题,提出了三大应防范的陷阱,即组织陷阱一:中大单元技术跨越采用了分散发散型组织模式;组织陷阱二:越轨型技术跨越采取了集中收敛型或分散收敛型组织模式;组织陷阱三:认为小企业没有能力进行技术跨越。

Abstract:In this paper, technological leapfrog organization is studied systematically. The mechanism and choice of technological leapfrog organization is investigated first and there are five issues to be settled from the perspective of enterprise resources. Four common organizational models the centralized convergence, the centralized diffusion, the decentralized convergence and the decentralized diffusion, are put forward and their characteristics and application range are analyzed. Organization pitfalls within which are analyzed: organization Pitfall I. Diffusion organization pattern is applied to technological leapfrog in large and medium units. Organization Pitfall II. Convergent organization pattern is used in aberrant leapfrog. Organization Pitfall III. Innovative technological leapfrog in small enterprises is neglected.
