增强“四种能力”是提高党的建设科学化水平的根本动力

在中国共产党从幼年走向成熟的历史行程中,共产国际和苏共等提供的物质帮助和理论指导起了很大作用,但是决定成败的最根本因素是中国共产党自身,得益于党的建设这一法宝。历史上中国共产党的建设过程本质上一个自我建设的过程,在新的历史条件下,搞好党的建设的关键仍然是要靠党自身的力量,要增强党的自我净化、自我完善、自我革新、自我提高的能力,＂四种能力＂是提高党的建设科学化水平的内生性力量和根本动力。
