| 摘 要： | 为了检验奖学金评定中的组织公正感和成就动机对体育院校大学生学习相关行为的影响,对624名体育院校大学生进行实验和心理测试.研究结果表明,奖学金评定中的互动公正、程序公正和分配公正对体育院校大学生的学习行为、组织公民行为和对辅导员权威的评价有显著影响,但不同变量的影响效应不同.成就动机对奖学金评定中的组织公正感和体育院校大学生的学习相关行为两者之间的关系有显著调节作用.

| Abstract: | In order to examine the effect of the organizational equity and achievement motivation in sholarship assessment on learning of students in institutes of P.E.,624 students were chosen to be take a psychological test.It was revealed that the fairness in the assessment was influential to the learning attitude,organizaitonal citizenship behavior and their relation with their advisors.Achievement motivation was crucial to the organizational fairness and the students' learning attitude. |
