| 摘 要： | 通过对浙江省各类企业的体育活动进行调查,分析各种经济类型企业对职工体育的关注及投入,包括企业相关体育活动设施和人员的配备及体育活动的组织与开展等.研究表明:职工的体育需求与企业间存在一些问题;不同经济类型企业开展体育活动的状况存在较大差异,集体企业最好,联营企业和私营企业相对较差.

| Abstract: | In this project, an investigation is made on sports activities in various enterprises of Zhejiang. The importance attached to sports activities of workers and staff members and investment in that is analyzed in the light of the different ownership of enterprises. It involves the sports facilities, the provision of staff members, and the organization of sports activities, etc. The result shows some problems exist between the employees' demands on sports and the enterprise with different ownership are in rather different situation.Collective enterprises carry out better than integrated complexes and private enterprises. |
