| 摘 要： | 现代教学理念的确立，是教学改革的大前提。高校教师应确立以下现代教学理念：开拓进取，树立高品位的质量意识；以人为本，处处体现人文关怀；授人以渔，注重开启学生的潜能潜智；教研结合，自觉树立研究者形象。

| Abstract: | The establishment of modern teaching concepts preconditions the educational reform. College teachers should have the following modern teaching notions in mind: working hard with a pioneering spirit and increasing the quality awareness in teaching, putting students first and always showing humane care, cultivating students' learning styles and strategies for potential development, and combining teaching with researching to be qualified scholarly researchers. |
