台湾传媒政策下的两岸电视媒体交流及合作思考

台湾独特的政治环境和媒体环境使两岸媒体关系复杂多变。而新闻媒体担负着两岸关系先行者的角色，因此，对两岸媒体关系的研究对两岸多边关系的发展尤为重要。两岸平面媒体交流的相关研究较为丰富，而电视媒体交流的论文并不多，因此，本文以电视媒体的官方及民间交流为研究对象，以XCCTV4等频道在台交流的历史、地方电视台、电视集团的已有的特色合作为例，从时间的纵深变化和空间上的横向比较两个维度探索两岸电视媒体交流合作的可能性模式．以期为两岸电视传媒交流合作提供一些前瞻性思考。

The Cross-striates Television Media Exchanges and Cooperation under the Taiwan Media Policy

Taiwan＇s unique political environment and media environment has made the cross-strait media relations complex. The news media plays an important role in cross-strait relations; therefore, research on cross-strait media relations is very important for the development of the multilateral relations. The research on the plane media and TV media communication is more abundant, but the papers are not many. Therefore, this paper subjects to the official and folk exchange of television media, takes the exchange history and cooperation of CCTV4 channel, local television stations, television group and those in Taiwan as an example, to explore the possibility of the TV model media exchanges and cooperation from the two dimensions of horizontal comparison in time and space on the changes, in order to provide some forward-looking thinking for the crossstraits cooperation
