| Abstract: | Shadowboxing which originated from the China ancient culture has been grown up following the China culture. At the same time, it's theory and skill methods are permeated marrow of the China ancient philosophy, aesthetics, ethics, war craft and trad.Ch. medicine. The key point of methods which learn well the Shadowboxing is the comprehension of the Yinyang philosophy and the Yinyang philosophy of the Shadowboxing. |
