新时期反腐倡廉建设科学化探析

反腐倡廉建设作为中国共产党建设的重要组成部分,必须适应党的建设科学化的根本要求。推进反腐倡廉建设科学化有利于提高党的建设科学化水平,有利于贯彻与落实科学发展观,有利于破解当前反腐倡廉建设的实际难题。针对当前腐败群体集团化、腐败方式变异化、腐败手段智能化、腐败行为期权化等新趋势,必须以科学发展观为根本指导,尊重反腐倡廉建设的科学规律;以加强党的制度建设为切入点,完善惩治与预防腐败的科学体系;以现代科学技术作为有效手段,提升反腐倡廉建设的科学程度;以创新廉政制度建设为重要基石,加强反腐倡廉建设的科学保障,切实提高我国反腐倡廉建设的科学化水平。

An Analysis of Scientific Approach to Anti-corruption Construction in New Period

Anit-corruption construction as an important part of CPC construction must meet fundamental requirements of scientific approach to Party construction.Promoting scientific approach to anti-corruption construction is of great significance for improving the ability of party construction,is beneficial to the implementation of scientific outlook of development and help solve the difficulty of anti-corruption construction as well.As forms and methods of corruption in China tend to be more collectivized,complicated,intelligent and optional,we must firmly persist in the guidance of scientific outlook of development and follow the scientific principles of anti-corruption construction.We should strengthen the institutional construction of our party in order to improve the scientific system of punishment and prevention of corruption,and adopt the modern method of science and technology to advance the scientific level of anti-corruption construction in China.Besides,we should also initiate the institutional construction of clean governance as a cornerstone to guarantee a scientific implementation of anti-corruption construction and finally to enhance the scientific level of our anti-corruption construction substantially.
