| 摘 要： | 宪法的根本精神是法治精神,在我国现阶段,宪法的根本精神得到了最充分的体现：宪法从立国、定国之根本大法提升为立国、定国、治国＂三位一体＂之国家根本大法,成为依法治国的总章程;在构建社会主义和谐社会中,宪法成为公民与政府之间确立和谐关系的总契约.
