| 摘 要： | 扶养是婚姻家庭法律制度中一个重要的组成部分，随着我国开放程度的深入以及与各国交往的日益频繁，涉外扶养案件也不断增加．然而由于各国对扶养法律制度的规定的差异，导致了扶养法律冲突问题的出现。本文主要首先从扶养的概念入手，然后介绍国际扶养法律冲突的特点和解决的途径，最后分析我国扶养法律制度的现状和缺陷，提出相关的完善建议。
