| 摘 要： | 内蒙古9个地级市基础设施投资效率进行评价的结果显示,工业化程度和经济发展水平较高的包头、鄂尔多斯两个城市的基础设施投资效率高。此外,2001—2009年省会城市呼和浩特基础设施投资效率总体水平较高。建议加大基础设施的投资力度,加强呼和浩特市和其他欠发达城市的基础设施投资优化配置。

| Abstract: | By using the method of DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis) and constructing the input-and-output-index-system of the urban infrastructural investment,this paper evaluates the infrastructural investment efficiency of 9 prefecture-level cities of Inner Mongolia in 2009.The result shows that Baotou and Ordos,both of which have higher level of industrialization and economic development,have higher efficiency in infrastructure investment.Overall,Hohhot City,the capital city of Inner Mongolia,have higher efficiency of infrastructurd investment during 2001 to 2009.This paper suggest that we shoold increase infrastructural investment,and strengthen the optimized allocation of infrastructural investmeut in Hohhot city and other low developed cities. |
