| 摘 要： | 开放教育模式下民法学教学面临着一些新的问题。在民法学的教学实践中应依据建构主义的教育思想,充分运用现代远程教育手段,构建开放教育教学模式。作为教师在教学过程中要更好地探索和研究现代远程教育规律,创新教育观念,不断摸索并形成比较稳固的教学程序及教学模式。

| Abstract: | Science of civil law teaching under the open education mode confronts with some new problems.In the teaching practice we shall make full use of modern distance education methods and construct open education mode,based on education thoughts of constructivism.As a teacher,he should further explore and study modern distance education law,innovate education conept and form relatively stable teaching procedures and teaching mode in the teaching process. |
