摘    要:信息技术教学应用是保证"农远工程"能否成功的关键所在,其前提是广大农村中小学教师应具备良好的信息技术能力,这就需要开展有效的信息技术能力培训.为完成培训任务,要求在培训队伍的建设、培训内容的选择、培训方法的运用、培训的后续支持等环节做好工作.

Abstract:Application is the key factor for the success of Countryside Distance Education Project,the premise of which is the information technology capabilities of the rural primary and secondary teachers.It requires effective information technology training.To complete the training task,the construction of the training team,the selection of training content,the use of training methods and follow-up support should be considered.
