| 摘 要： | 转引文献、引用而不著录和伪造参考文献等参考文献引用中的失范日益严重,必须建立有效的防范机制,要求作者提供参考文献相关资料,把参考文献规范纳入审稿范畴,提高期刊编辑的学术素养等,是遏止学术失范的重要措施。

| Abstract: | Anomalous behaviour in quoting references is getting serious.Quoting second hand references,quoting its contents but not given its original paper,forging references are the examples of these anomalous behavious.So it is necessary to take measures effectively to protect from these anomalous behavious.These important measures include demanding writer to afford original references,examining the paper together with its references,raising editors' scholarship. |
