| 摘 要： | 为使农学专业本科生掌握分子生物学的基本技术，全面提高本科生的综合素质，根据实际情况和学生培养目标，结合科研培养学生的创新意识及实践能力，在分子生物学实验教学内容、实验教学方法和实验成绩评价方面精心设计并具体实践，取得了良好的效果。

| Abstract: | In order to help students of professional agriculture master the basic molecular biology techniques and comprehensively improve their overall qualities, we should well designe and practise on experiments teaching content, teaching methods, experimental tests and evaluation in molecular biology according to the actual situation and training objectives, which will achieve good results. |
