| 摘 要： | 目前我国高校管理体制包含有党委会领导、校长负责制以及教授治校等多元治理模式,权力交织却职责不清,这使一流大学的建设面临严峻的挑战.现代大学制度的实质在于权力结构的平衡与制约,这就应是党委会决策、校长行政执行和学术委员会监督的三权分立模式.
