| 摘 要： | 20世纪50年代初期的高等教育课程改革，是中华人民共和国成立后对旧高等教育进行社会主义改造的主要内容之一。章就这一阶段课程改革的原因、课程改革的政策制定、实施过程和课程改革的作用及影响进行论述，以期为当前不断深入进行的高等教育改革提供历史借鉴。
