| 摘 要： | 本文就档案管理电子化及分级检索的问题,探讨了档案管理电子化的必要性、操作规范以及电子档案分级检索系统的原理、构建和运行。档案管理电子化,不仅能最大限度地节约资源、提高效率,还可以实现档案的即时共享,而分级检索系统则提供重要档案的限制检索,从根本上杜绝了档案的泄露。

| Abstract: | The passage mainly discusses the necessity of electronic filing management, operational norms and classification of electronic records retrieval system principles, to build and run. Electronic records management can not only maximize resource conservation and improve efficiency, but also allows instant file sharing, while the hierarchical retrieval system provides important restrictions on confidential files retrieved from the root to prevent the leakage of confidential files. |
