| 摘 要： | 通过公私协力的治理模式．我国公租房制度可以实现管理方式的优化、管理效率的提高以及实现住房资源的公平分配，而公租房公私协力治理模式的具体设计，主要是围绕完善准入机制，合理设计租金标准，严格退出机制以及健全配套服务等四个方面来实现的。

| Abstract: | Public-private partnership model can optimize the management mode of Chinese public rental housing, improve management mode and realize the equitable distribution of housing resources. And the specific design of public-private partnership should mainly focus on four aspects： improvement of entry mechanism, the rational standard of the rent, strict exiting mechanism and perfecting supporting services. |
