| 摘 要： | 职业院校发展三则指:市场则,即学校要按照用人单位的需求培养学生;效益则,即学校进行专业建设,要考虑投入产出比的问题,考虑效益问题;质量则,即根据生源的具体情况,合理安排教学内容,采用先进、有效的教育教学模式,实现培养目标。

| Abstract: | The development of vocational colleges should follow three laws.The first is market law, i.e.,the students should be educated to meet the potential employers' requirements.The second is benefit law. As the college carries out constructions and reforms of specialties,they should consider the ratio between input and output as well as the beneficial output. The third is education law.The realization of education target should be based on practical conditions of students,reasonable arrangement of course,and advanced education mode. |
