反全球化运动与中国的选择

当全球化迅猛发展并赢得人们的肯定性评价时,反全球化也开始全球化了,反全球化运动并不反对全球化本身,准确地说是反对西方发达国家主导的全球化。为应对当前的反全球化运动,我们应该采取如下措施:一方面要以科学的态度对待反全球化,另一方面又要对之低调处理;要适度开放,尽可能将全球化的成本降到最低;参与全球化的体制建设是中国建立大国地位的必然选择。

The"anti-globalization" movement and the choice of China

When the globalization movement develops swiftly and wins positive assessment, an anti-globalization movement begins to be globalized, but with another nature. This can be dated back from the two different angles of developed countries and developing ones. The word "anti-globalization" is not very accurate, for it does not oppose globalization itself, to be more exact, it opposes the globalization dominated by the Western advanced countries. To respond to the current "anti-globalization", we should take the ensuing measures: take a scientific attitude towards "anti-globalization" on one hand, treat it with a low tune on the other hand; open moderately to minimize the cost of globalization; it is China's natural choice to participate in the globalization system building so as to win the position of a giant power.
