民族地区职业教育发展存在的问题及对策研究

目前,中国民族地区的职业教育大多相对落后。对民族地区职业教育在社会观念、教育质量、生源匮乏、学校布局、服务社会经济等方面存在的问题进行研究和分析,提出改变观念、加大投入、深化教育教学改革、加强"双师型"师资队伍建设等对策和建议,促进民族地区职业教育健康快速发展。

Research on the Problems in Vocational Education Development of Minority Areas and the Countermeasures

Vocational education in minority areas of China presently lags behind.By analyzing the problems in vocational education in minority areas in terms of social concept,education quality,government investment,inadequate students sources,school layout,service to the society,etc.,the article presents some tactics and suggestions that concepts should be changed,investment be increased,educational reform be deepened,dual-skilled teaching team construction be strengthened with the view to promoting healthy and rapid development of vocational education in minority areas.
