老龄化背景下老年体育与社区养老业态融合的研究

研究目的:通过研究社区养老与老年体育,探索如何通过老年体育更好地促进社区养老的发展,帮助老年人锻炼身体、增进健康、提高老年人的生命质量,从而实现社区养老和老年体育的业态融合。研究方法:文献资料法和访谈法。研究结果和结论:实现老年体育与社区养老的业态融合路径包括提高老年人自身的素质,完善社区养老体育设施体系,加强体育指导员队伍的建设,构建社区经费保障制度,社区养老智能化以及构建行之有效的评价体系等。

Research on How to Fuse Elderly Sports and Community Provide For the Aged under the Aging Background

Research purposes: Through the research on community provide for the aged and elderly sports to explore how to better promote the development of community endowment , in order to help the elderly do exercise, to improve health and to improve the life quality of old people, so as to realize the forms of community provide for the aged and elderly sports together. Methods: The literature method and Tnterview method. Research results and conclusion:The elderly sports and community endowment fusion path of formats including improve the quality of the elderly , perfect community endowment sports facilities system , strengthening the construction of sports instructors’ team, build community funds safeguard system, intelligent community endowment and build effective evaluation system.
