我国U19男子排球运动员专项素质指标体系的构建与评价标准研究

采用文献资料法、测试法和数理统计法,以备战2013年全运会青年组的男排运动员为研究对象,对U19男子排球运动员体能训练中专项素质指标的构建及评价标准进行研究。结果表明:1)U19男子排球运动员专项素质主要由快速移动因子、弹跳因子、挥击因子构成;2)在构建专项素质模型基础上,确定U19男子排球运动员专项素质各单项指标的评分标准和总体等级评价标准。

Construction of the Special Ability Evaluation System for the Chinese Male Volleyball Players under Nineteen

By using methods of literature review, experiment mathematical statistics, taking the junior male volleyball players under nineteen preparing forthe2013Gamesyouth group as the study objects, the article establishes the weights of evaluation indexes and distributes the weight for every evaluation index, designing the scoring system for each single ability in a index of the junior male player under nineteen. The research indicates that:1)The specific ability of male volleyball players under nineteen consisted of three factors, movement speed factor, jumping ability factor, arm whipping factor. 2)Based on the research, structure model of specific ability and index of standard for evaluation were made.
