| 摘 要： | 近年来,全民健身上升为国家战略,教育部将游泳列为国家扶植的七大项目之一。各种大众健身活动与发展体育产业已成为我国体育新常态。在这个新常态下,要想实现游泳运动的价值功能,必须弄清目前存在的主要问题以及解决问题的有效途径。

| Abstract: | In recent year,the National Fitness rose to national strategy and the Ministry of Education listed swimming as one of the seven national support projects. All kinds of public fitness activities and the development of sports industry has became Chinese new normal physical state.Under this new state , in order to realize the value function of swinming , finfing out the main problems and the effective ways to solve the problem is necessary. |
