| Abstract: | It is the basic contradiction in modem distant learning course between open teaching and quality control. The key point to solve this contradiction is to set up the long - range quality control system in learning center of distant education which accords with the national conditions and structure. The paper puts forward the corresponding basic frame of the management in the learning center of distance education. |
