| Abstract: | In so many factors which influence the long jump results, the take - off skill is a very important and key skill in long jump. In the light of the functions of the take - off and the take - off leg which have an effect on the athlete to produce the results, the author puts forward some suggestions for training expounded in both theory and practice. |
