地方本科院校以培养地方需要的应用型本科人才为目标.数学专业作为基础专业之一,肩负着为地方经济建设和社会发展培养应用型数理人才的重任.在激烈的竞争和严峻的挑战中,如何利用区域优势、自身优势,探索与实现地方本科院校数学专业应用型人才的培养是地方本科院校数学教育工作者应该思考的问题.通过分析数学专业应用型人才培养的存在弊端,提出改进培养的措施,实现对地方本科院校数学专业应用型人才的培养.

Exploration and Practice on Practical Talents Training of Mathematics Specialty in Local Undergraduate Colleges

Developing practical undergraduate education and cultivating practical undergraduate talents to fulfill local needs are the orientation of running colleges and the goal of talents train- ing for our local undergraduate colleges. Mathematics specialty is one of the basic specialties in local undergraduate colleges, it is shouldering a practical mathematical talents training for the local economic construction and social development. Under the intense competition and serious challenges, every mathematics educator should consider how to apply regional advantages, spe- cialty advantages and one＇s advantages to explore and achieve practical talents training of math- ematics specialty in local undergraduate colleges. In this article, we propose some improved measures to perfect practical talents training by analyzing the existed disadvantages in practical talents training of mathematics specialty, and realize the exploration and practice on practical talents training of mathematics specialty in local undergraduate colleges.
