摘    要:随着农村学前教育的发展,农村幼儿园师资学历层次也亟待提升。通过问卷调查和访谈发现,江苏省H市农村幼儿教育师资学历以专科为主,具有较大的提升空间。然而,本科学历教师与专科学历教师相比,虽然在理论知识方面比较全面、扎实,但实际教学能力不足,存在理论与实践脱节等问题,反映出在幼儿教师学历提升背后更深层的素养提升问题。

Abstract:With the development of rural preschool education,the education level of rural kindergarten teachers also needs to be improved.Through the questionnaire surveys and interviews,it is found that rural preschool education teachers in City H of Jiangsu Province mainly graduated from vocational colleges,which leaves large room for improvement.However,compared with junior college teachers,although the teachers with bachelor s degrees enjoy a more comprehensive and solid foundation in theoretical knowledge,they are in lack of actual teaching experience,and they fail to well combine the theories with practice.The phenomenon reflects the deeper level problems in the improvement of education background of preschool teachers.
