和谐社会的构建必须充分调动一切积极因素，尤其要很好地发挥各类非政府组织的作用。行业协会作为非政府组织中的一支重要生力军，对和谐社会的构建必将发挥重要的积极作用，但我们也不可忽视作为自治组织的行业协会对构建和谐社会的一些负面作用。为此，需要政府、行业协会及企业三方共同努力，使行业协会在和谐社会构建中的积极作用得以充分发挥。

Roles of Trade Associations in Building a Harmonious Society

To build a harmonious society needs to mobilize all positive factors including various kinds of non-governmental organizations, among which the trade associations will be a very important group to help fulfill the goal. However, we should not neglect the passive effects of the trade associations on construction of harmonious society when we talking about their active roles. Therefore, only our government, trade association itself and enterprises all make efforts can the aim of building a harmonious society be actualized at an early date.
