| 摘 要： | 社会资本对大学毕业生就业质量的影响具有两面性,积极影响在于社会资本能提高大学毕业生的工作搜寻效率、增强职位匹配性、增加进入主要劳动力市场工作的概率和提高大学毕业生自主创业成功率,消极影响在于社会资本易妨碍大学毕业生在劳动力市场的自由流动、产生大学毕业生就业竞争的不公平现象和诱导大学毕业生产生错误的就业观念.
